10K Designs sells editable digital template files — Figma prototypes you duplicate and customise. This policy explains when we do and do not refund, and how to reach us if something is wrong. It applies to every purchase made on 10kdesigns.club.
Digital products, delivered instantly
Everything you buy from us is a digital file. The moment your payment clears you receive direct links to each template you bought, and they stay in your Access library while you are signed in. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return.
Sales are final
Because our products are delivered instantly and can be duplicated and edited the moment you receive them, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or unfamiliarity with Figma. Please read the product description and view the live preview before you buy — and email us first if you are unsure whether a template fits your needs.
If something is broken, we will make it right
If a file is corrupt, a download link fails, a template is materially not as described, or you were charged more than once, contact us promptly (within 30 days of purchase) and we will fix the problem or issue a refund. Email hello@10kdesigns.club with your order number and a short description of the problem — a screenshot helps.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Banks and card networks usually show the refund within 5–10 working days of us issuing it.
Duplicate or unrecognised charges
If you see a charge you do not recognise, or you were billed twice, email hello@10kdesigns.club before contacting your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster than a formal dispute, and we refund a genuine duplicate charge in full.
Licensing
Your purchase lets you use the templates for your own and your clients’ projects. You may not resell or redistribute the template files themselves as templates. This licensing boundary does not affect the refund rights described above.
