10K Designs (“we”, “us”) sells editable digital Figma templates at 10kdesigns.club. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. 10K Designs is operated by Mind Hack, Inc. (Middletown, Delaware, United States).
What we collect
- When you buy or create an account: your name, email address, and billing country and postcode. We use these to process your order, deliver your files, keep your Access library, send order emails, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- Automatically: your IP address and browser type at checkout (used by our payment processor for fraud and address verification), and cookies for your shopping cart and for measurement (see Cookies below).
- We never see or store your card details. Card numbers are entered directly into our payment processor and are not accessible to us.
Payments
Payments are processed by WooPayments, which is powered by Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by them under their own privacy terms; we receive only confirmation of the payment and the billing details above. See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Analytics and advertising (Meta Pixel)
We use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, which runs Facebook and Instagram) to measure our advertising and understand which actions people take on the site — page views, product views, adding to cart, and purchases. The pixel sets cookies (including _fbp and _fbc) and shares event data, including a hashed version of your email and order details, with Meta so we can measure and improve our ads. We do not sell your data. You can control this through your browser cookie settings and your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: essential cookies that keep your shopping cart and login working, and the Meta Pixel cookies described above for measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; essential cookies are needed for checkout to function.
Emails
We send you transactional emails about your order — confirmation, delivery of your files, and any refund. These come from hello@10kdesigns.club. We do not sell your email address or send marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the providers that make the store work: our payment processor (WooPayments/Stripe), Meta (the pixel described above), and our hosting provider. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
A note on Figma
Our templates are delivered as links you open and duplicate in Figma using your own Figma account. Your use of Figma is governed by Figma’s own terms and privacy policy; we do not receive your Figma account information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Your account and Access library remain until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop using it for advertising measurement. Email hello@10kdesigns.club and we will act on your request in line with applicable data-protection law.
Security
The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and card data is handled only by our payment processor. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
The store is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
