These terms govern your purchase and use of the digital templates sold at 10kdesigns.club. 10K Designs is operated by Mind Hack, Inc. (Middletown, Delaware, United States). By buying from or using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
What you are buying
We sell editable digital template files (Figma prototypes). When you buy, you receive direct links to each template and they remain in your Access library while you are signed in. You are buying a licence to use the templates, not the intellectual property in them.
Your licence
- You may use the templates for your own and your clients’ projects, on as many projects as you like.
- You may not resell or redistribute the template files themselves as templates, share your download links publicly, or present the templates as your own product for sale.
Lifetime access
“Lifetime access” means the templates you buy stay available in your Access library with no recurring fee, for as long as you keep your account and we operate the store. It is not a guarantee that any individual file or third-party service will remain unchanged forever.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include any taxes indicated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through WooPayments (powered by Stripe). We may change our prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already completed.
Delivery
Delivery is instant and digital: your links are emailed to you the moment payment clears and are always available in your Access library while you are signed in. Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are final, with the exceptions set out in our Refund Policy (broken files, failed links, products not as described, or duplicate charges).
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@10kdesigns.club if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Intellectual property
The templates, the site and its content are owned by us or our licensors. Your purchase grants only the licence described above; all other rights are reserved.
Third-party services
The templates are used in Figma, and payments are handled by our payment processor. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
“As is” and liability
The templates are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee they are fit for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for how you use them and for your own project’s compliance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, where Mind Hack, Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact
